1、 Scope of application

冷再生機(jī)出租為保證路床厚度范圍內(nèi)的CBR值和壓實度達(dá)到規(guī)范要求，全線路床上部36cm厚采用6%水泥土處理。針對低填淺挖路基，當(dāng)路基填方高度或挖方深度≤155cm時，路床下部44cm厚換填4%的水泥土處理，路床上部36cm厚換填6%水泥土處理。

In order to ensure that the CBR value and compactness within the thickness range of the roadbed meet the specification requirements, the 36cm thick upper part of the roadbed of the whole line is treated with 6% cement soil. For low fill and shallow excavation subgrade, when the subgrade filling height or excavation depth is ≤ 155cm, the 44cm thick lower part of the roadbed shall be replaced with 4% cement soil, and the 36cm thick upper part of the roadbed shall be replaced with 6% cement soil.

1、冷再生施工租賃場地準(zhǔn)備

1. Preparation of rental site for cold regeneration construction

（1）直接填筑的路基基底，施工前必須通過審查簽證；需要進(jìn)行地基處理的基底必須完成各項處理，并滿足地基處理的要求。

(1) The subgrade base directly filled must pass the examination and visa before construction; For the base requiring foundation treatment, various treatments must be completed and meet the requirements of foundation treatment.

（2）場地應(yīng)該保證足夠的平整度，滿足設(shè)備、人員進(jìn)場要求。

(2) The site shall ensure sufficient flatness to meet the mobilization requirements of equipment and personnel.

（3）做好場地的臨時排水和防雨措施。按照施工運量和施工機(jī)械的大荷載修筑施工便道。

(3) Take temporary drainage and rainproof measures for the site. The construction access road shall be built according to the construction traffic volume and the large load of construction machinery.

2、技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備

做好相關(guān)人員的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和技術(shù)交底工作,使參加施工的全體人員充分認(rèn)識高速鐵路路基填筑的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、質(zhì)量控制要點。

3、勞動力、機(jī)械設(shè)備配置

人員、機(jī)械設(shè)備應(yīng)根據(jù)施工方案組合工期要求進(jìn)行合理的配置。路堤填筑區(qū)為一個完整的作業(yè)區(qū)，每個作業(yè)區(qū)人員配置：施工隊長1名，領(lǐng)工員2名，指揮卸土位置人員2名，測量及試驗檢測人員4～6人，其他機(jī)械工、普工20～30人。

The combination of machinery and equipment shall be reasonable according to the requirements of construction period. The embankment filling area is a complete operation area, and the staffing of each operation area is: 1 construction team leader, 2 foremen, 2 personnel directing the unloading position, 4 ~ 6 measurement and test personnel, and 20 ~ 30 other mechanics and general workers.

根據(jù)施工需要，每個作業(yè)面配備反鏟挖掘機(jī)一臺、宣化-140推土機(jī)一臺、YZ-22振動壓路機(jī)兩臺、天工-160平地機(jī)一臺，徐工-230灰土拌和機(jī)，自卸運輸車6輛，撒水車一臺備用。當(dāng)運距較遠(yuǎn)時，自卸車的數(shù)量可適當(dāng)增加
