However, in practice, the problems of low early strength, poor water stability, lack of durability and complex construction technology of lime stabilized soil and lime fly ash stabilized soil have seriously affected the highway construction quality and service life. There are many methods of soil reinforcement, generally including physical, chemical and comprehensive reinforcement methods. Although there are many methods, in many methods and processes, the selection of reinforcement data is the key, which is the basis of whether to reach the intention of soil reinforcement, save investment and shorten construction period.

土壤固化劑是一種綜合性加固新技能，它是在土壤中加入外加劑使之能與土壤發(fā)生一系列的物理以及化學(xué)變化，從而改變土壤的物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)，到達(dá)工程建造要求。由于土壤固化技能適用范圍廣、加固效果好、施工簡易方便，十分合適現(xiàn)在公路路基及基礎(chǔ)加固等實踐工程的需要。論文在對土壤固化劑的國內(nèi)外研討現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上，選用室內(nèi)、外試驗對土壤固化劑的固化機理和路用功能進(jìn)行了研討；根據(jù)合作比優(yōu)化規(guī)劃，提出了合作比方案。

在合作比情況下，測試了混合料的無側(cè)限飽水抗壓強度、水穩(wěn)性系數(shù)、凍安穩(wěn)系數(shù)、抗縮短功能、抗疲勞功能等路用功能；一起和石灰安穩(wěn)類資料進(jìn)行了對比、分析；經(jīng)過實體工程對土壤固化劑在工程中的運用進(jìn)行了驗證，一起提出了施工關(guān)鍵和質(zhì)量控制的要害問題。研討結(jié)果表明：土壤固化劑安穩(wěn)類資料能大幅度進(jìn)步安穩(wěn)土前期強度，可以有用縮短工期，節(jié)省出資；土壤固化劑加固土具有較好的水穩(wěn)性、抗縮短功能及其他力學(xué)功能，可以進(jìn)步公路運用質(zhì)量及延長運用壽命。土壤固化劑在冷再生施工中具有廣闊的運用遠(yuǎn)景。

The results show that the data of soil stabilizer can greatly improve the early strength of stable soil, effectively shorten the construction period and save investment; Soil curing agent has good water stability, anti shortening function and other mechanical functions, which can improve highway application quality and prolong service life. Soil solidifying agent has a broad application prospect in cold regeneration construction.
