減速機油位及減速機油的檢查：先切斷電源，等待減速機冷卻后打開放油螺塞，檢查油是否充滿，避免漏油，取油樣，檢查油色澤及粘度指數(shù)，如果油明顯渾濁，建議盡快更換。新減速機使用后（500-1000）小時更換新油（將內(nèi)部污油沖干凈），其后每使用1500小時需要更換油一次，但是在使用過程中，仍需要檢查油的質(zhì)量，若油有老化、變質(zhì)情況要隨時更換。

Inspection of gearbox oil level and reducer oil: First cut off the power supply, wait for the gearbox to cool down, open the oil drain plug, check whether the oil is full to avoid oil leakage, take an oil sample, check the oil color and viscosity index.
